Fitting Tip

Be comfortable with the person you’ve chosen to adjust your
dress, you’ve given them a pretty important job to do. Make sure when you go
into your fittings that you move around, sit, walk, breathe, even dance. Make
sure you can do all the things you are going to be doing on your wedding day.
Standing still and twirling won’t be the only thing you will have to do on your
big day so you need to be sure that you are comfortable. If a certain
adjustment hinders your comfort, you need to tell your seamstress. There are
always other solutions.

For the Men: Choosing Your Wedding Attire

Just like the bride, the groom needs time to organize his
attire for the wedding. Don’t wait until the week before your wedding day to
figure out what you want to wear! We recommend that you start looking at
options 4 or 5 months in advance in order to ensure you can reserve the styles
you like and that they’ll have sizes for
you and all of your groomsmen. Make sure the formalwear is purchased or
reserved 3 months before the wedding.
Ask your bride-to-be about the details of her wedding gown
so you can compliment each other to make
sure you look fantastic as a couple. Be aware of the colours and themes that
have been chosen for the wedding to make it easy to narrow down the styles and
colours you want to include in your final look.
